Here we are again, another milestone. Today marks the 400th blog post in this project. What started as daily writing turned into something bigger than I ever expected. Writing about old memories has allowed me to let go of things that I hadn’t realized were weighing on me all these years later. My relationships are better and I’ve grown through a series of monthly challenges.

Another change is how different writing feels now than when I started. Back then, I agonized over each post. After so much practice, I now sometimes think of an idea and write a post in about 10 minutes. I am also more relaxed about mistakes and deadlines that used to stress me out.

It’s not all rainbows and unicorns, though. I still struggle like a newbie some days. As hard as that feels, I plan to continue until I reach 1,000 posts. After that, we’ll see what happens.

What habit or practice that started small has changed your life for the better?
