Coming up with a business name is a challenge. For a small business like ours, we wanted something memorable that explains a bit of what we do. SimplyBetter Coaching captures some of our core principles:

  • No matter where we are today, we can be better tomorrow
  • Simple steps are easy to do correctly
  • Over time, many small changes add up to life-changing improvements
  • Slow and steady changes tend to be more sustainable; these are the changes that matter
  • Everyone can benefit from working with a coach

Think about the best improvements you have made. Were they fast and dramatic or slow and steady?
