Repetition is the master of adaptation. This is true for your bad habits as well as your good ones.
You get better at the things you do most frequently, not the things you do occasionally with the best intentions.

No doubt that we all have areas in which we want to improve. This is why I decided to create the SimplyBetter Growth Challenge. You have a chance to improve whatever you want every day for 30 days. The repetition of a daily challenge will lead to real progress. It is 30 days of becoming the person you want to be.
To make sure you keep going throughout the month, here are some success tactics:
- Keep it as simple as you can. It should be so easy that you cannot imagine missing a day. For example, write one sentence, read one page, walk for 2 minutes, etc.
- Put your new habit right before something you love to do. “Before I watch my favorite show, I will…,” or “After I …., I will have some ice cream”, for example.
- Think about what you are going to do, where and when. Picture yourself doing it in as much detail as you can. Vague plans lead to failure, specific plans lead to success.
