After a 19-year career in financial services, Jim left a leadership position to focus on health and fitness. Jim is a Master Practitioner of Applied Movement Neurology and holds Certificates in Applied Functional Science and 3DMAPS from the Gray Institute. His passion is empowering people to help resolve the pain, tension and insomnia that prevents them from living well.

I woke up Sunday morning and saw that the blog that I published had some typos. Apparently, I was somewhat distracted on Saturday evening when I made my final edits. I fixed the version on the website, but the email version is there to stay.

Admittedly, I was a bit frustrated that I made such a careless mistake. Then I reminded myself that it is in the past, but I can learn from it. It is a good reminder that I need to take care in what I do, especially something I do every day.

What do you do to move past your mistakes?

Really enjoying the outcome of the mistakes Jim … great video content šŸ™‚

Iā€™m trying to learn to enjoy the mistakes as it means I have tried something out … rather than it being a thought experiment (which never got tested)
