Where are you at?

Trish and I constantly learn new things from a lot of different sources. Each source has their own idea of what is most important, so what are we to do? How do we figure out what will have the biggest impact for our clients?

Depending on the source, the answer might be:

  • Get out in the sun
  • Get more sleep
  • Eat a diverse range of whole foods
  • Move more
  • Drink more water
  • Be more social

Then it hit me. It does not matter which action could make the biggest difference, it matters which one you are willing to do, know how to do and will do consistently.

Do you avoid action while you look for the best thing or do your best with actions you are ready to take right now?

Sleep … still avoiding bed by 10… and the light nights are coming so is getting less likely …

Meditation is something I do do regularly which has had a huge impact on my relationships with myself and others

Maybe end of day meditation to wind down and get ready for sleep?

It has been tough with the chilly weather, but take advantage of the warmer days and get outside, even if it is for only 10 minutes.
