Things that come easy are not fulfilling, but quick wins keep you going through the inevitable adversity. You learn more from mistakes and struggles than easy success, but success provides motivation to keep moving forward.

The easiest way to keep momentum is through lots of small steps. Break your biggest challenges down and chip away day after day. When you slow down or lose motivation, find quick wins to get back on track. Identify some simple tasks and get them done; look for one small improvement you can make and do it.

Without the adversity you have overcome, who would you be?

After you overcome the adversity you are facing now, who will you become?
