Many things we need to do to improve our health and happiness are simple actions.

So why do we struggle so much? Simple does not mean easy.

Go to the gym 3 days per week – simple! Motivate myself to change and drive to the gym – sometimes surprisingly hard. What makes it easier? I remember to set an alarm that gives me enough time to get ready, walk Roli and get to class on time.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables with lean protein and healthy fat – simple! Resist easy to get and ready to eat processed food – easy some days, other days not so much. What makes it easier? Have plenty of good choices at home (and very few bad ones).

What simple things do you find surprisingly difficult to do consistently? What will you do to make it easier?
