Sooner or later we all experience failure. Many of us have “failed miserably,” but should we have?

What if we recognize each failure as an opportunity to grow and improve? The failure still hurts, but we can learn from it, move forward and become better for it.

What failures have spurred you to growth and improvement?

    I have had past relationship failures that have helped me to improve my actions, although I can sometimes find myself reverting back to my old ways. I recognize that if I focus on making better decisions it affects my behavior in a positive manner.
