Every day we choose how to spend our time. For each choice we make, we sacrifice the other things we could have done.

If you take action without thinking about it, you might end up doing the wrong things. If you spend too much time thinking about what to do, you have less time to do it.

Beware being “spoiled for choice” or suffering “analysis paralysis.” Having more choices makes it more difficult to decide; constraints make decisions easier.

Are you happy with your choices? If not, what do you need to do to make a different choice?
