There are many paths to where you want to go. The further away you are, the more options you have. You can choose many different paths, but still go in the right direction.

You are not feeling great and want to be healthier? You can choose from many options:

  • Increase your sleep
  • Go for a walk or move every day
  • Meditate or use a gratitude journal
  • Replace processed food with whole food
  • Get some sun and fresh air
  • Drink lots of water

Early on, the most important thing is to get moving. If you are in rough shape, almost anything will help and you can make big changes. Improving one area often gives you momentum, inspiring you to improve something else. Keep going, improve whichever area suits you and makes a difference.

As you get closer to your destination, the path narrows. You need to be more careful about the changes you make. Fine-tuning requires smaller changes until you find the balance you need.

Are you close or far from where you want to be?
