Work around your limits

I recently experienced two unexpected breakthroughs. Both were skills I previously found impossible. I was not directly working on either, which is why my progress was a surprise.

The lesson is valuable. If you cannot do something yet, work around it. Practice getting better at what you can do. Find the edges of your ability and push at them.

Keep working towards what you want. Chip away today, tomorrow and the next day. Occasionally go back and try the “impossible” and you might surprise yourself.

What are you doing to expand what’s possible?
