Whether it’s your job, household chores or other obligations, there’s always more to do. What you don’t do today is waiting for you tomorrow. Your good health is different. You need to make it a priority or it might not wait around for you. 
 
When you put others first, you might never find the time for you. To make the biggest impact on others, take care of yourself first. In addition to setting a great example, you’ll perform at your best.
