I use just a few supplements and magnesium oil is at the top of my list. If you ever suffer muscle spasms, it might be just what you need.

When a muscle is twitching or starts to spasm, I spray some magnesium oil on it. Within a few minutes, my muscle relaxes and the spasms are gone. Sometimes it makes my skin a bit itchy, but it’s worth it.
