Be where your feet are

His passion is empowering people to help resolve the pain, tension and insomnia that prevents them from living well.

One of the people in our movement class shared some of his wisdom. When you stumble, it’s tempting to pretend you didn’t and keep moving. Maybe nobody will notice and you can escape embarrassment.

It can be a bit of a trap. When you’re off balance, there’s a risk of making things worse. Forget about embarrassment and be where your feet are. Stop and take a deep breath. You can carry on after you regain your footing.

What do you to recover from stumbles?
