Fill your cup

After a 19-year career in financial services, Jim left a leadership position to focus on health and fitness. His passion is empowering people to help resolve the pain, tension and insomnia that prevents them from living well.

If you want to share generously, make sure your cup is full. When you focus on other people’s needs, you might inadvertently neglect your own. Go too far down this path and you won’t be able to help anyone. You’ll need someone to take care of you.
