If something’s important to you, do it every day. Keep the chain going as long as you can. If you miss a day, start again as soon as you can to keep your progress going.

Consistency responds to all behaviors, not just the healthy or good ones. If something you do frequently is heading somewhere undesirable, find something else to replace it.
