It’s funny how many videos and memes are going around showing the outlandish things people are doing now that they’re stuck at home for days on end. It’s especially funny to me because I’ve primarily worked from home for the past few years and have already made this adjustment.

Since the stay-at-home order, I’ve hardly noticed any changes. I had already stopped seeing clients in person and going to the gym. I still do lots of work for an online business and we have now moved our movement classes online. If anything, I feel busier than I was before.

I think this is the strangeness of our current situation. Many people have hardly any work to do and the rest of us have more work than ever trying to stay afloat by transitioning even more of our work online.

How has staying at home affected you?
