Trish and I killed the day yesterday by sleeping in, having a leisurely breakfast, then going on a long hike with Roli up Whitehorse Ledge and across to Cathedral Ledge. Although we didn’t have much to show for all the time we spent, it was a fulfilling way to spend the day.

Never-ending to do lists can lead us to laser-focus on productivity. What if that productivity is unfulfilling? No matter how much you accomplish, productivity without fulfillment is a path to unhappiness.

How do you make sure your productivity is matched by fulfillment?

    I try to spend time doing what I love. It’s a win:win!
A happy hike a day keeps the gloomies away.

Thanks! His refusal to stand still makes him a challenging model to work with. Tenacity pays off.
