I am still working on changing my default expression to a smile. After a lifetime of looking overly serious, it’s a journey.

I’ve noticed I smile naturally when I help someone else smile. It’s even better when I make someone laugh. I laugh with them and get an amazing feeling that cures all my emotional ills. Maybe laughter is the best medicine.

What can you do today to help someone smile or laugh?
