Do we really ever know anything? What does it mean to know something? If you know something that later turns out to be wrong, did you still know it?

Is know just another word for believe?

I hear people say, “I know what I need to do, I just need to do it.”

Maybe you are not doing it because you are wrong about what you know. “I know I just need to exercise 3 times per week.” Maybe…or maybe you need to figure out the the thing that will get you to exercise and that is what you need to do 3 times per week.

What are the things you know you need to do that you are somehow not doing? Now figure out what do you really need to do.
