Apparently, April 2019 is the month of dentistry in our household. We each had issues, some of which might have been avoidable.

Roli needed a cleaning badly and had to have a tooth pulled. We knew he needed a cleaning for a while, but we waited until our budget could handle it. If we had done it sooner, could he have kept the tooth? If we had taken more time to train him to accept tooth brushing, could we have avoided the tooth loss and the deep cleaning?

Trish had a cleaning and a small cavity filled. She is super disciplined about her dental care. Should she have gone for a cleaning sooner?

I had a cleaning and two small cavities filled. Should I have been more consistent in my flossing and got a cleaning sooner?

Today’s choices creates tomorrow’s problems. If you could do something today to prevent (or mitigate) future issues, would you do it?
