Sometimes people speak bluntly despite how it makes other people feel. Rationalizing your bluntness by saying that you’re being honest is a poor defense.

You can be honest and still be considerate of other people’s feelings. People are more likely to appreciate your honesty when your tactful.

Are you unapologetically blunt, find ways to be tactfully honest or use white lies instead?

Thanks! We all mess up occasionally, even when we try hard. Sometimes it’s the intent that matters.
