When you ask someone for help or advice, are you looking for a way to keep doing what you’re doing or are you truly open to change? Sometimes we look for ways to make the same choices, but get different results. To get different results, you usually need to make different choices.
If you want to feel less tired, you probably need to go to sleep earlier or get up later (get more sleep). If sleep quality is an issue, you might need to stop using electronics in the evening and get some sun first thing in the morning.
If you want to look and feel better, replace processed food with whole foods. Eat slowly and stop when you’re satisfied. You might even need to stop eating that irresistible food that makes you feel awful.
What are you willing to do or stop doing to get different results?
