Coast or push

After 2-weeks off from writing, I am back at it. It was nice to take a break after writing nearly every day for 10 months. Even though it’s easier than when I started, it still requires effort.

Getting back to it was harder than I expected. It’s so much easier to coast than it is to push. Maybe this is just what I needed to build my resilience.

How do you get back on track after a break from good habits?

Ask myself, “ What are your intentions?”
    Get back on track.
Eat the right foods to keep focus & energy up.
    Focus on making good choices.
    Ok, Let’s Go!
