September is our seventh month of movement workshops at Discover Health FMC. One thing we know for sure, it works. We have seen many people improve their balance and strength in just a few sessions.
One of our favorite drills is get down to the floor and back up. Many people are initially wary. It’s not something most of us do regularly. Weeks later they are excited to tell us they can do it much more easily. Strength and balance give you confidence and freedom.
Are you ready to come move with us? We have three Saturday opportunities to help you improve your balance and get stronger – September 14th, 21st and 28th from 9:00 – 10:30am
Join us for 1 to get started, 2 to expand your knowledge or all 3 for maximum benefit. We give you written summaries of the drills we show you. Do them at home between workshops to accelerate your progress.

No experience needed: We will help find the right progression for you. Wear clothes that are comfortable for exercise.
