Do you beat yourself up over your mistakes, choices that did not work out well or things not done on your to do list? If somebody treated you like you treat yourself, would you be friends with that person?

When one of your friends or your partner makes a mistake, do you quickly recognize it is in the past and move on? Perhaps you can do the same for yourself.

None of us is perfect. While you work towards improving, can you at least treat yourself with dignity and respect?
