You can improve 1 or 2 things quickly. Alternatively, you can improve several things slowly. Before you put in your effort, decide what’s important to you.

If your balance, posture or another weakness is an urgent issue, find 1 or 2 relevant drills and do those 3-5 times per day for at least 2 weeks. As you improve, increase the challenge.

If you want more general improvements, use several drills each day. Your progress will be slower, but you will improve more areas. Repeat these drills every day for a few weeks or longer. As you improve, up the challenge or change the drills.

Do you want to go deep or wide?
