To navigate successfully, it’s best to know your starting point and destination. Yesterday was an opportunity to reflect on where you are. Today is about where you want to go. You can cover several areas or just focus on just one. If you’re not sure where to focus, here are some ideas:

  • Finances
  • Home
  • Health and fitness
  • Relationships
  • Career or business
  • Hobbies

To help with later goal setting and action plans, be clear on your destination. Here are some examples:

  • Finances – We have no credit card debt and our savings can cover 3-months of expenses. Our retirement savings will allow us to live well and visit friends and family around the world.
  • Home – Our home feels amazing, with everything is in it’s place. The yard and garden are well-maintained, creating a relaxing sanctuary. Maintenance is completed on schedule and we’ve added fencing to give Roli running room.
  • Business – Our movement classes are so fun and engaging that we regularly attract a dozen people. Many people come 2 or 3 times per month. Due to demand, we offer classes in 3 locations.

What do you envision for your future?
