The last time I went on a road trip I forgot some things. This time I started putting stuff out the morning before as I thought of what I needed. When we got back to the house last night, I gathered the critical items before sitting down for dinner.

Sometimes the key to a relaxed mind is to do things as you think of them. If you can’t do it, write it down before you forget. You never know how fleeting a thought might be until it is gone.

How do you remember important tasks and great ideas?
