It’s easy to doubt the effectiveness of something you’ve never tried. Especially when it’s challenging or outside your comfort zone. It works for other people, but I’m different, so it’s probably not worth the effort.
If you’re not getting the results you want, try something different. It might be hard to take action, but how else will you know what works?
