Is an excuse different from a reason? I think so.
Excuses seem like a mechanism for eschewing responsibility. When you give an excuse, you’re saying, “It’s not my fault, there’s nothing I could have done.”
Reasons are an observation of what occurred. You identify a cause so you can learn from it. “Here’s why that happened and what I will do differently next time.”
Which do you use when things go wrong?
PMA makes all the diff.
That’s what I learned at our last movement class.
Thinking positive thoughts (not excuses etc)
keeps me on track. Keep the focus & stay balanced.
Positive mental attitude … ok… Got it.
😊👍 Thanks for the inspiration!
