Honesty is one of my core values. One of my challenges is that I generally assume others are also being honest. It’s nice to be trusting and hopefully it won’t lead me too far astray. As the saying goes – “Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.” In any case, honesty is better than choosing the way of the liar, when you can’t trust anyone.
