We often influence the people around us, whether we intend to or not.

I get the benefits of a healthy diet because Trish buys high quality whole food and avoids most processed food. I have to go out of my way to eat unhealthy food.

My recent listening challenge caused Trish to reflect on her own listening habits. We had a great discussion about how we can both interrupt less and listen better. After all these years together, we are actually listening to each other more.

If you are easily influenced, be careful about who you spend time with. If you are holding off on making a positive change because of the people around you, maybe you can influence them.

Who is the biggest influence in your life?
