Yesterday we had our third June movement workshop. A woman that came to all three workshops made some amazing improvements:
- Her balance is noticeably better.
- She is more willing to try just about anything we’re doing.
- If she can’t yet do a challenging movement, she now accepts her limits and does an easier version.
- She is smiling more, seems happier and is more hopeful.
After 65 years of life, you still can make significant improvements in just a few weeks. It reminds me that it’s never too late to start.
