Who’s in control?

Abrogating responsibility for your actions (or lack thereof) based on psychological tendencies is a dead end. What if telling yourself (and everyone else) about your issues is a self-fulfilling prophecy?
Knowing your tendencies is half the battle. The other half is taking action to overcome the tendencies that are holding you back.
