How’s that working for you?

Coaching begins with finding out where you’re at, where you want to go and what you’ve been doing. The most important question about what you’ve been doing is, “How’s that working for you?”

If what you’re doing is working well, keep it up and let’s see if there is anything else you can do to accelerate your results. Part of the value of coaching is helping you find blind spots and hidden opportunities.

If you’ve hit a plateau or what you’ve been doing has you headed in the wrong direction, it’s time for a change. It’s usually easier to add good things than it is to remove bad things. If you have a craving, drink a big glass of water. Do that often enough and you might eliminate your stubborn snacking habit.

If what you’re doing isn’t working for you, what positive habit can you add to balance things out?

Hopefully, my questions cause you to reflect on your own thinking, relationships or choices. Maybe I even inspire you to make positive changes.
