  • March 31st

For best results, come to classes regularly and practice for 5-10 minutes daily between classes.

What do we do in class?

At each class, we’ll teach you how to assess your stress level and know which drills are best for you. We then warm you up with some gentle movements and teach you how to align your own spine. After you’re warmed up, we’ll explore various strength and balance drills. Each class is a bit different. We repeat some drills to reinforce your skill and introduce some new drills to challenge you in novel ways.

At the end of each class, we give you written summaries of the drills. Do them at home between workshops to accelerate your progress. For many of the drills, videos are available on Jim’s blog: https://www.simplybettercoaching.com/category/movement-drill/

No experience needed: We will meet you where you are. Wear clothes that are comfortable for exercise.

My goal: to keep moving with flexibility as I age, to get up off the floor and keep my balance .
The exercises can be modified for all levels to challenge & build confidence.
    👍It’s a fun class.

The classes are fun for Trish and I as well and it makes us happy to see how much progress people have made. I wish I knew what to do to spread the word further and get more people reclaiming their movement.
