200!

After a 19-year career in financial services, Jim left a leadership position to focus on health and fitness. His passion is empowering people to help resolve the pain, tension and insomnia that prevents them from living well.

Here I am, 200 blog posts published. Seth said the first 1,000 would be the hardest. Some days do feel hard, others not so much. It’s going to be a while before I know whether it really gets easier after 1,000.

At the start of this project, I did not look this far ahead. Probably just as well as it would have seemed too daunting to start.

It’s a good reminder to focus on the next step instead of the destination. Show up every day and do meaningful work. The destination will work itself out.
