We had a beautiful morning of movement in the park. A bit of dew on the grass, the sun was shining, but not too warm.

Barefoot in the grass felt amazing compared to our usual hardwood floor at the office. We did a lot of our usual drills, but the soft surface inspired some extra crawling and some rolling. I even did a handstand to forward roll. I normally only do that when I have a cushy mat.

It reminded me of our time in London when a bunch of us would do handstands in the park. What a great way to kick off the weekend! I am hoping for a nice autumn so we can do it again.

Where is your favorite place to practice movement?
