April 3rd: “Part 2: Food prep, meal planning & cooking demo”
At participants’ request, we will be back in the kitchen for another live food prep and cooking demonstration featuring deliciously simple, healthy creations you can add to your menu this week! You may be surprised to discover how quick and easy it can be to make healthy choices. Feel free to join us and bring your appetite!
April 17th: “Setting Yourself up for Success with a Healthy Home Environment”
Do you want to make positive changes in your life? Learn how simple changes to your environment can dramatically increase your success! We’ll look at how your home (or workplace) can help or hinder your efforts. Topics will include decluttering & tidying, stocking a healthy pantry, limiting toxins and more!

March 8th was snowed out…
March 20th: “Part 1: Food prep, meal planning & cooking demo”
In this session, we whipped up some flourless egg bacon muffins, roasted a medley of vegetables, enjoyed spaghetti squash with ground turkey and topped it off with crockpot butternut apple-squash.

February 6th: “Gratitude and Goals – Finding Your Why”
In this workshop, we explored what’s going well and what you’d like to improve. We also worked on “finding your why”, which will help keep you motivated to take action!
February 20th: “Simple Steps to a Better Life”
Attendees created a 2-3 month action plan that they can implement right now. We also identified tools and strategies for staying motivated and accountable while measuring your success!
These twice monthly workshops build on each other but are also suitable as stand-alone, so please feel free to join one, a few, or all of them. Workshops are free, donations are accepted.
