Have you ever felt like you needed a change, got a new job and then felt the same way a year or two later? Unless the problem was something about the environment you were in, changing your surroundings is often a fleeting fix.

When you find yourself experiencing the same issues again and again, it’s time to look inward. Is it something about the story you tell yourself or maybe how you choose to react to things? If so, changing things around you is only addressing symptoms. For a long-term fix, find the cause within you and deal with that.
