It is tempting to believe that if you look long enough, you will find a magic diet that will give you exactly what you need. There might be such a diet, but the challenge is what you need might not be right for anyone else. No one knows what is best for you, you need to find out for yourself.
- What is your priority? Are you focused on brain health, longevity, body composition, athletic performance or something else?
- Do you have food intolerances or allergies, medical conditions, foods you will not eat or things you must eat?
- How much are you willing to spend to get high quality food and how much time are you willing to put into food preparation?
Even with all of this information, a coach can only guide you. You still need to do some trial and error to get it right. You will never know what is best for you until you try a lot of different things.
Are you happy with your results? If not what will you do to determine the right foods for you?
