The barrage of nonsensical information lately has me once again questioning the value of social media. Of course there’s some accurate and useful information being shared. The trouble is trying to find it amongst the noise.

If a source gives one piece of obviously false information, I don’t trust that source for anything. It might seem harsh, but credibility is easier to lose than it is to build.

How do you decide which sources to trust?

Take information in moderation. Check out various sources,
and read just enough to get the Jist. Decide for yourself by asking,
    what’s the true story?
