Wealthy is a state of mind

After a 19-year career in financial services, Jim left a leadership position to focus on health and fitness. His passion is empowering people to help resolve the pain, tension and insomnia that prevents them from living well.

When I was younger, I was motivated by money. Part of it was seeing many of my friends growing up with more than I had. I was foolish enough to think that having more money would make me happier.

At some point I realized money would only take me so far. More important is having gratitude for what you have and recognizing it’s more than you need. As long as you have more than you need, you’ll always be wealthy.

How do you remind yourself to feel gratitude for the wealth you have?
