Imagine yourself in the future, your dreams fulfilled. Did you get there based on your current habits and choices? If not, think about the choices you would have needed to make. Start with one of those. Make a new choice and take a step in the right direction.
 
When your progress slows, make a new choice. Keep doing this and you will progress further than you might have thought possible. It sounds simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. If it were, we’d all achieve our dreams.
