My December challenge is to look at my actions each day and reflect on who I’m becoming as a result of those actions. The first day was interesting. Before I did some of my usual Sunday stuff, I stopped and thought about it.

I took Roli on a nice hike as usual. Instead of heading to the local bakery for a post-hike lunch, I decided to eat leftovers at home. It was surprisingly uncomfortable to think about where my indulgences from the bakery are leading. Maybe this what I need to take back control.

When you think about your daily habits, what does it tell you about where you are headed?
